Once a notice has been published you cannot amend its content. You can add additional information to the notice through the notice workspace to clarify any mistake made in the original.

Once a notice has been published on myTenders it cannot be removed. You can only cancel the notice from your notice workspace.

If you are a public body based in England you can opt to have your sub-OJEU notices sent to the Contracts Finder website. To activate this option click on the "Buyers Profile/User List" link in your control panel, click "Amend Organisation Details", tick the "publish notices on Contracts Finder" option and then "Save".
All your sub-OJEU notices published on myTenders will be forwarded to Contracts Finder going forward.

Notices can be created through the "create notice" link in your Authority Control Panel page. Unpublished and published notices are managed through your notice workspace.

Click the "Register Now" link on the left hand menu, followed by "Purchaser Registration".
On the "Registration - Enter Authority Details" page click "Find". This will open a pop up window. Enter the name of your authority and click "Search". If your authority is found in the database click on the authority name and then "Next". If your authority is not found please enter the name and postal address of your organisation in the "New Authority Details" box and click "Next".
On the next page fill in the registration form and Click "save".
You will receive an e-mail containing a verification link. Click this link to activate your registration.
If your authority already exist on myTenders you may have a 'Controller' who will receive your application and allocate you the necessary access levels. If there is no 'Controller' for your authority the myTenders support team will allocate you the required access.

Basic notice creation and publication is free of charge as part of the "Classic" service. The "Pro" service subscription is a paid for service which allows you to utilise additional notice functions.

Access levels will depend on the role you are performing within your contracting authority.
Your contracting authority’s Controller will allocate you a combination of the following access rights:
• Authority User - read only access to Purchasers’ areas of the site.
• Editor - create and edit notices for the authority but unable to publish notices.
• Publisher - can publish sub-threshold (site) notices.
• OJEU Publisher - can publish OJEU notices.
• Quick Quote Editor - can create and edit Quick Quotes.
• Quick Quote Publisher - can distribute Quick Quotes.
• Opener – Ability to be selected to unlock the postbox for notices.
• Reporter - can access and generate statistical reports.
• Controller - oversees the administration of authority details, access levels, notices and buyer profile.

The authority control panel is accessed when you log in to myTenders. All actions you should need to carry out can be done from the control Panel.

Notices sent to the OJEU should be published there within 5 working days of dispatch. When your OJEU notice is published you will receive confirmation by e-mail of the OJEU reference number.

You must record your interest in the notice first. Once your interest has been recorded you can access the notice from your Interest List (see link in Supplier Control Panel).
Clicking on the notice title from your interest list will provide you with access to the "Q&A" tab from where you can submit a question to the buyer.
If the notice in question is a "Quick Quote" you will access it from your Quick Quote list.

Click on the "Notice Search" link on the left hand menu. This will display all notices recently published on myTenders. There are advanced search options in the right hand corner or you can further filter the notices by commodity category.

When you find a notice that you are interested in click on the "Record Your Interest" button. On the next page click "Save". The notice will then be added to your notice interest list where any additional documents or functions can be accessed.
If the "Record Your Interest" button does not display when viewing the notice this means the authority are not using myTenders to gather notes of interest. You should read the Full Notice Text to ascertain the next step you need to take.

You can search for a particular buying organisation's notice through the "Search for Purchasers" link in your Supplier Control Panel. This will provide you with access to the buyer profile of that organisation which lists all their notices.
