The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) is a standard form for use by all EU member states,
which replaces pre-qualification questionnaires, and should make the process of bidding for a public
contract easier. Its purpose is to remove some of the barriers to participation in public procurement,
especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's). Download the ESPD document for this procurement
exercise below.
This download of the ESPD is provided for information only. Bidders should not use this document to create an ESPD response.
In order to respond to the ESPD you must first express interest in this opportunity. Further information is available in the Supplier Guide.

Title: The Courts Regeneration
Short Decription: The project seeks to re-design the overall layout of the site by demolishing Livin owned void properties to allow for the construction of a new road and associated infrastructure creating new access for two of the courts. In conjunction with this work the estate will undergo a remodelling of the external facades and landscape, offering plot specific off-street parking and newly configured garden spaces. In addition to these improvements Livin is proposing to carry out whole house retrofit to improve the energy efficiency of the properties.
As part of the re-design of the overall site, the requirement to relocate the entrances to some of the properties on the project will be essential.
