Mostly, we want to reassure you that as an ISO 9001 accredited organisation, we have a thorough and well tested business continuity plan which leverages the flexibility of our systems to ensure support can continue to be provided in the event that the availability of our office location or staff resource is impacted. Our business continuity plan is designed to prioritise our ability to serve our customers in the event of potential business disruption, including the current pandemic threat scenario.

We are committed to providing you with the best support possible during this uncertain time and should our office location, or indeed our dedicated customer service staff, be directly affected we will work hard to minimise any potential disruption.
